You have the option of placing your home in Property Management until the Market improves enough for you to sell at the price you desire. Our Company can help you with leasing or selling your property. We are a full service Real Estate Company that also offers PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to our Clients. Our job is to get your property rented by the best Tenant available.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a service that places your home on all of the "For Rent" sites and advertises "For Rent" on multiple search engines until it is tenanted. We offer co-op commissions to other Agents that have Clients looking for a rent ready property. We start off with a credit application to qualify the Tenant. Once the Tenant is approved a Lease is negotiated. Two months rent is required when the lease is completely executed.
A HOME WARRANTY goes with every property in our Property Management Division. This Warranty gives the Tenant someone to call to fix minor problems and it gives the Owner a piece of mind.
Life is just too short to postpone it. Our Property Management takes care of your home from the point of marketing it for rent, collecting the rents and sending the check to the Owner, doing inspections of the property, collecting late fees and/or executing eviction notices. We have a list of vendors and Home Warranty Companies to take all of the burden off of you.

Are you a Tenant looking for a Rent Ready Home? WE have Rent Ready homes in our portfolio. All of our homes in our Property Management Division come with HOME WARRANTIES in order to give our Tenants a secure feeling while tenanting our properties. You will complete a credit application (cost $50)for Tenant approval. Once approved we will execute the lease and will determine such factors as if you have pets and if so what the pet deposits will be. Prior to taking possession of the Property 2 months rent will be required. Rent is paid by certified funds such as money orders and bank checks. We will do a walk thru with you to make sure everything is in working order at the time of possession. After possession you will be sent a "Welcome Package" with emergency phone numbers and self-addressed envelopes in which to mail your Rent Money.
If we don't have the Property that you are looking for in our Portfolio we can access other Properties in the area for you.
Some of our properties have a one year lease and some of our properties have a two year lease ability. At the end of your lease we can help you find another property to rent or we will help you in making an Offer to Purchase the Property that you are tenating.

If you have any problems including or not limited to downloading the forms off of our Website, Jodie will Fax or Email the forms to you directly. In order to obtain forms off of our website look at the lower right portion of the screen and you will see the word "documents". Click on documents and then click on the document you need to obtain. Print out the form and fax back to us at 678-318-1333 that is an efax so we will be able to receive your form 24/7.
